We do not have a ‘one size fits all’ approach to executive recruitment. Our strong belief is that every client and every assignment is different.
Our approach is to meet with clients and prospective clients, with no obligation, to gain a full understanding of the recruitment assignment(s) ahead. We then prepare a clear proposal to set out exactly how we will go about delivering the right candidate or candidates for the role(s).
This approach may or may not involve advertising in relevant print or electronic media, and will also detail the way we intend to search for the right people, such as accessing our own databases, tapping into our own contact networks, as well as engaging our in-house executive researchers. This multi-lingual research team specialises in finding the right candidates, whether in the UK or overseas. Where appropriate we will also link up with our international executive search partners in the IRC network.
All in all, our aim is to provide our clients with the very best candidates, and value for money.
